Forest Therapy (also known as Forest Bathing or Shinrin Yoku) is a gentle sensory process that brings healing through connection to the Forest/Nature and has been scientifically proven to enhance physical and emotional well-being, reduce stress, support the immune system and restore focus.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide engaging experiences that connect people with the wider natural world.
Researchers at Derby University have recently concluded that connecting with nature is linked to happiness and wellbeing.
We provide a range of different ways to do this, including Forest Bathing walks, Forest School for all ages, nature-based mindfulness practices and skills-based activity sessions such as Foraging, Bushcraft and woodcraft.
